InterfaceNZ Offers You an Alternative to Outright Purchasing Carpet

Business has only ever had one option when purchasing carpet — purchase it outright.

InterfaceNZ offers you an alternative. You can purchase it outright or you can lease it.

Whatever means suits you and your financial considerations, InterfaceNZ has the right financial solution for you.

Flexibility and choice is what we are all looking for when purchasing large capital items such as carpet. Rapidly evolving technology and ever tighter budgets make the acquisition of capital items increasingly challenging. The last thing that you need is to tie up large amounts of capital in carpet when you have a flexible finance program available

Benefits of this approach include:

  • Preserves strategic capital
  • Flexibility of financing options
  • Provides a healthier balance sheet
  • Flexibility to update areas at a later date
  • Flexibility of returning carpet after agreed life
  • Flexibility of claiming rental payments as a tax deduction
  • Flexibility of moving carpet when changing the configuration of your work space
  • Flexibility to match repayments with cash flow or budget requirements

Financing Options

Outright Purchase

A transaction takes place between yourself and InterfaceNZ for the entire amount to be paid in one sum after delivery of the modular product.

Rental

Borrower claims the monthly rental as a tax deduction. (Check with your accountant or tax adviser)

Lease

At the end of the lease term the borrower may pay the residual value and take ownership of the modular carpet.

What do clients think?

The option of InterfaceNZ's Flexible Financing program was presented to me by my InterfaceNZ Account Manager. I was impressed from the outset with the concept. It allowed Culverden to acquire the carpet we knew we needed (InterfaceNZ has a proven track record with Culverden) without a large initial expense. By tailoring a solution to suit our needs we were able to complete our interiors on time and start generating a return on the entire project.

By treating our InterfaceFLOR Carpet as "equipment" InterfaceNZ and Cannon were able to combine other hospital equipment in the package.

If there is one comment I would have is that you have made the entire process HASSLE FREE.
